It’s been a while since my first blog post (5/6/18). Until about 2 weeks ago, I was as off the program as much as can be. Peanut m&m’s and Ruffles potato chips and whatever else my sugar addicted ass felt like eating.

Then one day, I just noticed I hadn’t eaten anything particularly crappy and thought I’d see if I could continue. It’s been two weeks and I’m ok. I thought for sure my body would try to kill me if I stopped eating sugar. It didn’t. The first week was fine, but this week, the cravings have really been gnawing at me. Apparently, I have lots of tweaking to do in what I’m eating. Not really sure what that’s going to look like, yet.
