Not my original plan, but I didn’t get any it of bed soon enough to make breakfast. So, instead of eating my tiny lunch for breakfast, I decided to fast until lunch. It went well. I wasn’t starving and didn’t pass out from lack of food. I just had my tiny lunch (which I knew wouldn’t be enough) and now I’m going to get some wings at the local grocery store. 

Aches and pains are a little less today. Still have to tweak what I’m eating to be real keto.
