There isn't much to say. I still feel blah. Zero energy. Still occasionally have cravings. Still occasionally have crappy food (most notably Ruffles Potato chips. The whole large bag. That tends to give my carb percentage a major shot to the moon. 688% yesterday).
Still don't have joint pain. I believe that's because I'm not eating grains. But muscle ache is still there. That's a combination of wrong food and lack of movement.
I'll get this, but it doesn't seem like it's going to be much fun.
