Feeling tired. Worked late last night and didn’t go to sleep right away when I got home. It’s 11am now and I’m not particularly hungry.

I’ve noticed when I’m at home, Eating is less of a priority. When I leave the house, food comes to the forefront of my mind. I think it’s a habit. Or a fear. I always had some chips and candy or other food while I was driving (especially when I was a chauffeur). I always want to be popping something in my mouth when I’m driving.

I ate a few natural casing red hotdogs while I was at work last night. Didn’t feel great afterwards. I know there’s some sugar in hotdogs, but I don’t think there was as much in these. I also had some swiss cheese slices (1 carb per slice). Lost another pound or so since yesterday. 301.8. I’ll get there.
