This isn’t getting better. Overall stress, poor food planning (my biggest weakness), poor eating choices. It’s been kicking my ass. My carbs have been WAY too high. Eating in restaurants is a pain in the ass. Carb cravings have gotten the best of me a few times. Even going to a movie isn’t as much fun as it used to be. Most of that is because of the habit of eating candy during the movie. I’ve been going to a theater that also serves dinner and drinks and the usual candy. But most of the food choices are breaded and fried or have buns, etc. I had a chef salad on a recent visit. It’s huge. I didn’t even finish it. I used 4 ounces of Ken’s Steakhouse honey mustard dressing. Plenty of carbs right there. I couldn’t weigh anything, so I have no real idea how much I had to accurately log it into Cronometer. I also had an appetizer. It had 2 mozzarella sticks (breaded), 2 chicken tenders (breaded), and onion rings (breaded).
Overall, I’ve been feeling a little worse, a lot angrier and stressed. Not just about food. But you get mad about one thing and soon, you’re mad about everything.
On the Plus side, the jeans I bought because my wife thought they looked good on me (as opposed to the ones that were comfortable) fit better (better=looser).
