Well, this isn't a great first post for my stats. The Tuesday after thanksgiving. Wagons were fallen off of. Crap was eaten. Lousy was felt. And I actually had a little eggnog, a few potato chips and a bite of bacon before I remembered I need to check my numbers. Maybe I'll do it again tomorrow before I trash myself.

Been a while since I updated this. Was off the wagon until about 2 weeks ago. Let's see what happens this time. Actually, since I started, my waist is down 2 inches. My blood sugar has come down (although I don't know if it's a trend or just a snapshot in time). Weight's gone down about 10 pounds. Haven't been feeling that great. Much more tweaking to do.

Not a lot of change, but there is some. Mostly in weight.

This is sucking. Not so much the numbers (although I'm not impressed here, either), but the frustration of working things out. None of the numbers are better. But I'm not spiraling out of control. So, there's that.

Not much difference. I do know that anger, frustration and hunger trigger cravings, or a desire to eat in general. And when I'm angry or frustrated (which seems to be all the time), I can't resist the cravings for long.
On the plus side, I'm still posting, so I haven't given up.

Still feel like shit. Eating like shit. Holding onto the wagon with my fingertips. Need to regroup and start again. Plan. Make stuff ahead of time.
Strange. Blood sugar is the lowest since I started this. I've been awake for a few hours, but didn't want to get up. I worked late last night. Got to bed about 1:30am. So, I didn't check my blood sugar shortly after I woke up, but a few hours later. Did it make a difference? Don't know. Waist is down 1/2 inch. Weight is up a little. Calves and feet cramp easily (I've never been like that).
