Today was revealing. I felt kind of lousy. On the one hand, joint pain is gone. Not the other, muscle pain/discomfort is there. I noticed considerable hypoglycemia. Sugar cravings were pretty strong. I actually caved and had some dark chocolate (70%). My carbs were quite over for the day. Actually, way over. like 314% over. There were some carbs in everything I had. The chocolate is just one more thing.

I was feeling weak and tired. definitely need to figure this out. Here’s a video to watch that may have changed the way I figure out what to eat.
